Huawei Honor V10 launched in China with “Full-View” display

Huawei has launched Honor V10 with “Full-View” display at an event in Beijing, China. The device is phablet sized with slim line bezel at 18:9 aspect ratio.

Talking about the screen Huawei Honor V10 has 5.99-inch LCD screen with a 1080 × 1920 pixel resolution with Full-HD support. The device isn’t Bezel-less because of the front fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood the Honor V10 has Huawei custom octacore Kirin 970 chipset. The company has announced three variants as of now on the basis of RAM and internal storage capacity. It comes with 4GB + 64GB for base model and 6GB + 128GB for higher model. Expandable storage can be expanded up to 256GB.

Huawei Honor V10 has a dual camera setup on the rear side. It has a 16MP color and 20MP monochrome sensor pairing. The camera doesn’t have OIS but it has real time scene and object recognition function. For selfies Huawei Honor V10 has 13MP selfie shooter that also provides facial recognition for security mode.

Honor V10 runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with Huawei EMUI 8.0 skin. On the battery side Huawei Honor V10 has a 3,700 mAh battery with fast charging support.

Huawei Honor V10 has got metal finished body and a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. In China the device cost CNY 2,699 (409$) and will be available from December 5th.
